Dapplesoft QRFlow provides a client-side tool for generating QR codes and barcodes. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

You are solely responsible for the content you encode into QR codes or barcodes using our Service. You agree not to use the Service to generate codes that:

• Link to malicious software, malware, or phishing sites.
• Contain illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Dapplesoft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

However, you retain full ownership of the QR codes and barcodes you generate using the Service. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes without attribution.

In no event shall Dapplesoft, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
